We plan to update this site regularly with info about butchering schedules, pickups, happenings at the farm, menus, recipes and so forth.
We also hope you’ll use the site to glean important information regarding menu planning, recipes and preparation / preservation tips and tricks. You can also chat live with other partners on-line, either individually or in groups. Don’t hesitate to ask us a question!
