The remaining 25% of the population are more sensitive. In this group, dietary cholesterol only modestly increases both LDL (\u201cbad cholesterol\u201d and HDL (\u201cgood cholesterol\u201d), but it does not affect the ratio of LDL to HDL nor does it increase the risk of heart disease. )<br \/>\n2. In people whose blood cholesterol <em>is <\/em>affected by eating them, <span id=\"DWT1074\" class=\"ZmSearchResult\"><span id=\"DWT1079\" class=\"ZmSearchResult\"><span id=\"DWT1139\" class=\"ZmSearchResult\">eggs<\/span><\/span><\/span> change LDL cholesterol from small, dense LDL (which is bad) to large LDL, which is benign.
